Artificial intelligence may be the next evolutionary stage of human beings
Artificial intelligence may be the next evolutionary stage of human beings
In the development of artificial intelligence, we have missed a lot of key things.
Once again, human beings have deceit their own knowledge of artificial intelligence, and think that this will be the end. The product of the coming technological revolution will gradually replace our work and erase us from the earth. In fact, this is not surprising.
It's not a new phenomenon, it's a remarkable feature of every technological shift that we experience in modern society. People are always afraid of being replaced by machines, but the dystopian ideas born out of this collective fear have never been proved to be true.
In fact, every technological revolution brings prosperity, living standards, social equality and other positive effects. Will this revolution have a different ending? Certainly! But we need to do something else.
Artificial intelligence does not make human beings a "useless class", nor does it cause social chaos as some futurists suggest. It will completely change the revolution that has never happened before.
Technology drives everything: economy, politics, and population. It shapes war, culture, work, history, and it is an integral part of our society, and we are a species on the way to its development. However, part of the human technology that has not yet been significantly affected is our cognition.
So far, our evolution has been limited to biological studies. We've done more research on the brain, standing posture, and other body traits, and use these studies to help us adapt to changing lifestyles. However, we have reached a point in time that our traditional biological evolution concept can not keep pace with the current changes in the times.
See how far humanity has gone. What a subtle and complicated world it is. In fact, the world is far more complex than our brain can handle.
In modern society, we still use reptilian brains dating back hundreds of thousands of years. Our erroneous perceptions are driven by this outdated brain, which is misleading to every possible stimulus in our everyday life. This may be the biggest cause of the great depression in modern society.
And that's where artificial intelligence comes in.
The coming paradigm shift is not just a technological revolution, but a revolution in species evolution. This is the greatest change in history of human history, and this will change our identity as a human species.
Artificial intelligence will not completely replace human beings, and will not compete with us. On the contrary, we can use it and integrate it into our cognition. If we can, our way of evolution will move more from biology to the direction of technology. It's not that computers become super agents. It's that people become smarter.
The brain driven by artificial intelligence sounds terrible, but I can't imagine the future of human and artificial intelligence.
So far, the development of technology has made our lives easier, safer, faster and more comfortable. Each innovation provides us with tools to do more with less money. Every technological revolution is like the creation of the next generation of products that human beings have to produce. But we have never met the technology that challenges human cognition, that is, we as the core of human identity.
This technological revolution will cause more cognitive dissonance between our biological gene lines and the world we are in. But I don't think we can be healthy and stable in a super intelligence driven society when we don't have super intelligent brains.
Is this terrible? I don't think so. Just like before the industrial revolution that the great famine was inevitable for farmers, we now think our cognition is inevitable. Hundreds of thousands of years ago, the precursor of human intelligence has been mapped out.

The artificial intelligence revolution will prove that our ideas are wrong, and this is going to be a better direction. We don't know anything about anything other than the earth. We don't know what time, space, and ultimate life are.
